CENTENNIAL HEIGHTS NEIGHBORHOOD, LOUISVILLE, COLORADO

Centennial Heights is a neighborhood located in beautiful Louisville Colorado just minutes from Boulder. This community is situated in what is considered to be the “new” side of town directly off of McCaslin Road. The homes in this neighborhood are highly sought after newer builds that tend to sell fairly quickly due to the city’s popularity. Recently the community of Louisville was named the number one best place to live by Money Magazine for 2011. They have also received this title in previous years which has help to propel Louisville’s local economy over time.
